Oh the Memories!

My sister did this on her blog and loved it so I thought I would give it a try. Hit me with your best shot; I know I have done a lot of crazy things in my life so remind me of them, would ya?

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember (it can be about me or Emmett or both)!
--Remember parents, friends, grandparents, and siblings read this (so keep it G-rated!!). I am turning our blog into a scrap book one day so it will be fun to add our memories and our friends memories about us.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. I will leave you one too.

Where to start.....I don't want to start when we were really young, because I wasn't always the nicest sister. I remember you always being such a great example even when I wasn't. You always had the most beautiful voice. The Miss Twin Falls Pageant was the fist time you really let it rip. The whole audience was blown away that such a little girl could have such a big voice. I have always thought you were one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. I loved coming to Joseph when you were the narrator, I think I pretty much didn't miss a show. And when you played Cosset in Les Miserable. I couldn't have been prouder of my little sis. I have always wished that I had your voice.

Remember when I coached your cheer squad and we won 1st place 2 years in a row with the dance and music that you and I made up. We were pretty much awesome.

I remember getting so many letters from you when I was at Alldredge alone in the wilderness for 2 months. Your letters always made me feel so great and helped me through those times.

The day I had the girls and you and Ali were the first to meet us at the delivery room door and to hold the girls. It was so great to have my sisters there to be with us.

The Beach house all those times. Our Charlie's Angels photo shoots. Our drive when Ali ate eggs and salsa and said eggs and salsa for 2 hours until finally her eggs and salsa were all over the car. Bah!

You taking care of the girls when I had Teage and when I got really sick afterward. The girls couldn't have been happier. I don't even think they noticed I wasn't around. That is one of my favorite memories when you brought them in right after Teage was born. They were so excited to hold him and kiss him. I don't think I could thank you enough for all you did those couple of weeks.

I thslipt on the thcement!

I remember the day you were born and Dad took all us to the hospital to come and see you and the sky was so beautiful and it was a sunset like I had never seen before and I said to Dad, "Our new baby has to be pretty special, because only Jesus could have a sky like that on the day he was born!" And you have been such a great person. You have been such a consitant strength in my life and in my children's lives. You have blessed so many people with your love. Thank you for all the fun memories. I love you AbbZ. Goober (where on earth did I come up with that one?)

Ok, I'll start when we were young because I have a memory of you and the rest of your family staying at our house in Clovis, CA. You and Ali were swimming in our pool and I thought you and Ali were twins.

Good times.
