Baby Dax

This is my new nephew Dax Redick Mitchell who is only 8 days old. I got to spend the weekend with him. He was wide awake because he had the hiccups; it was so cute.
Daddy Grant! Who is so amazing with his new son. He was there every time the baby needed a change of diaper or fed a bottle. I loved it!
Mama Heather! They are just amazing parents!
The first time I held the precious little baby boy!
He was stretching when I took off his blanket!
Look how little he is. He was only 5.5 lbs when he was born but has lost some since he's been home!
Cute little hat!
I absolutely love this picture! He was making really funny faces and I took the picture at the right moment to capture this beautiful shot!

The Big News

I am still getting used to this whole blog thing... Read the big news underneath all the new pictures!

Platinum

I worked with some of the most delightful people ever! We had a BBQ the other night and then went and saw the greatest movie in the world...Penelope! You have to go see it if you haven't. "It's not the power of the curse, it's the power you give the curse."

Mother's Day Weekend

When Aunt Abbey babysits we have a lot of fun! I started telling Book of Mormon stories and then Bostyn wanted to play Nephites. She went and got head bands from the bathroom and put them on us. Bostyn was Nephi, Bailey was Sariah, and I was Sam.
Grandpa Harmon had a birthday! My entire family looks a lot alike so if you meet one of us you will know we are all family!
Little Teagie! Doesn't he have the cutest blue eyes you have ever seen?
My beautiful home in Elk! I miss it so much.
Chuckie Cheese...need I say more?

I just love these girls! They will always have a piece of my heart... sorry future husband but I just don't think I will ever be able to give my whole heart to ya.

My amazing roommates

Our night at the baseball stadium watching The Sandlot on the projector screen.
Carly-The Amazing at the HFAC opening her photography display. It was amazing just like she is.

I moved in with these amazing girls less than a month ago but it feels like I have known them forever. We have way to much fun together! This is a picture at the opening ward social at the bishop's home.

Big News!!

I am moving to West Virginia in one month to work for my papa L. Jay for six months at his amazing school Greenbrier as a mentor for the girls. I am so excited! I have always wanted to be a part of the school and now I get my chance! Then...in Aug. I am submitting my mission papers to serve the Lord for a year and a half! Seriously I am shaking as I type this! I am just so anxious; I can't wait. If anyone feels like they are the last to know don't feel bad. My parents were the only ones to know for 2 months- not even Ashlee knew about this one until Monday!

My wonderful week!

I got to leave work for a whole week and play! I first went up to Spokane and spent a couple days playing with the Corrigans, my Mommy, and Ali. We then drove down to Heyburn, ID to suprise my Grandma Berna for Mother's Day; she didn't know that any of us were coming and we were all early to her church. She was so touched. When she first walked in and saw some of our faces she thought she was hallucinating and then she started bawling when she realized we were really there. So, I got to see a ton of the Harding side on Sunday and then on Monday I went to my Grandpa Harmon's b-day party and got so see a bunch of that side. It was amazing!
